History, stories, and indulgence. The route offers numerous sacred sites and even an ascent to Pirunvuori (Devil’s Mountain). Magnificent landscapes and attractions, two medieval churches, and the environments and birthplaces that have inspired many of our national artists – they can all be found along the Rauta Trails.
Tip: You can also arrive by train to Sastamala, as there are two stations, Vammala and Karkku.
The Lake Trails is a collection of cycling routes connecting Pirkanmaa. The Pyhä and Näsi routes have been created with the support of the Finnish rural development fund granted by the ELY Center of Pirkanmaa. The Kyrö and Aure routes has been created with the support of the Kolmostietä Kylille project.
